Queen's Annual Fund Application Form

The Development and Alumni Relations Office invites staff and students to apply for funding from the Queen's Annual Fund for projects that significantly impact and improve the student experience.

Staff deadline is 4pm on Friday, 15 October 2021.
Student deadline is 4pm on Friday, 8 October 2021.

Successful applicants will be notified, December 2021 and funds released by January 2022 at the latest.
Some points to consider: your project budget (please include breakdown of costs and quotes from suppliers) and timeline to deliver your project.

Finally there are certain things which the Annual Fund will not support, these include the following:
• Accommodation costs
• Capital costs
• Charities, political parties or pressure groups
• Gifts or prizes for participants
• Individual requests for maintenance fees or scholarships
• Project staff costs
• Refreshments/pizza/drinks/food
• Travel costs

6. It is important that students, staff and donors are informed about the projects supported by the Queen’s Annual Fund. A condition of the award will be to promote Queen’s Annual Fund support as widely as possible. Please outline the opportunities the project will provide to publicise the Fund (e.g. branding, PR, photocalls etc), including using the logo where possible (Limit 200 words):
