Dr Ranald Scott MacKinnon, MB BCH BAO (died 25 September 2021, aged 87)
Ranald attended Campbell College in Belfast between 1947 – 1951 before going on to study medicine at Queen’s graduating in 1957. Although Ranald moved to Surrey, England he remained a supporter of Queen’s throughout his life as a member of the Queen’s Graduates' Association and even coming back to Belfast in 2007 for the 50th reunion of his class.
Ranald was a devoted husband to Hilary, beloved father to William, Amanda, Joanna and Fiona, much loved grandfather and doting great-grandfather. He will be sadly missed.
