He is a highly regarded Wall Street executive who is heavily involved in Irish diaspora in US, with particular attention to Northern Ireland and Queen's University Belfast. He is also active in the private equity market, helping young entrepreneurs reach their goals and supports a number of charities focused on education.

Andrea Haughian

Andrea graduated from Queen's in 1993 with a BSSc in Information Management and has undertaken post-graduate programs in both San Francisco and Chicago.

Andrea is an experienced international executive who has an extensive background in the Financial Services sector. She consults with a portfolio of US client companies, investors and entrepreneurs and specialises in assisting these companies establish successful near shore operations in Northern Ireland.



Conor allen

Conor graduated from Queen's in 1996 with a BEng in Aeronautical Engineering. He is currently Global Head of Enterprise Data Management Services at State Street, having previously joined the company as SVP, Office of Architecture. State Street Corporation is an American financial services and bank holding company with operations worldwide.
Before joining State Street in June 2017, Conor worked for Rivada Networks as SVP as Head of Market Technology. He had led a number of New York trading firms including Cowen and Company, prior to which he worked at NYSE Technologies, Wombat Financial Software and Kainos, a Queen's spinout company.

Jason graduated from Queen's in 1998 with an LLB and an LLM from New York University.
With almost 20 years' experience, he has worked for KPMG in Edinburgh, Washington DC and New York, advising on domestic and cross-border transactions for private equity sponsors and strategic clients.

Hilary graduated from Queen's with an MBA in 2000.
She has an extensive background in management and is Founding Partner in 2e Ventures LLC, a privately-held boutique advisory and investment firm.
Hilary is also one of the authors of Teeing Up For Success published by the Executive Women's Golf Association (EWGA) Foundation.

ian Moore

Ian graduated from Sussex University in 1993 with a BSc in Human Sciences. He also holds a PG certificate in Management from the Open University and a PG Diploma in Management from Coventry University.
With a background in publishing, Ian worked in alumni relations since 2002 at the Open University and Coventry University until he joined Queen's in 2010. He is responsible for the University's Alumni outreach programme and runs the University's annual giving programme.
