John graduated from Queen's in 1981 with a BSc in Economics. He is a highly regarded Wall Street executive who is heavily involved in Irish diaspora in US, with particular attention to Northern Ireland and Queen's University Belfast. He is also active in the private equity market, helping young entrepreneurs reach their goals and supports a number of charities focused on education.

Conor Allen

Conor graduated from Queen's in 1996 with a BEng in Aeronautical Engineering. He is currently Global Head of Enterprise Data Management Services at State Street, having previously joined the company as SVP,  Office of Architecture. State Street Corporation is an American financial services and bank holding company with operations worldwide. Before joining State Street in June 2017, Conor worked for Rivada Networks as SVP as Head of Market Technology. He had led a number of New York trading firms including Cowen and Company, prior to which he worked at NYSE Technologies, Wombat Financial Software and Kainos, a Queen's spinout company.

Andrea Haughian

Andrea graduated from Queen's in 1993 with a BSSc in Information Management and has undertaken post-graduate programs in both San Francisco and Chicago.

Andrea is an experienced international executive who has an extensive background in the Financial Services sector. She consults with a portfolio of US client companies, investors and entrepreneurs and specialises in assisting these companies establish successful near shore operations in Northern Ireland.
