Convocation is the voice of the graduate network. Motions passed by Convocation at its AGM must be put forward to Senate, the University's governing body, for discussion.

If you want to have your say on any topic to do with Queen’s then Convocation offers you, your chance to be heard. You could submit a motion to the Convocation Annual Meeting or you could get involved as a committee member.

a)     Submit a motion to the Convocation Annual Meeting on Thursday 11 November 2021 – just print out the form, complete it and return it to the Clerk of Convocation, Development and Alumni Relations Office, Queen's University Belfast, University Road, Belfast BT7 1NN or email convocation@qub.ac.uk. All motions must be received by 5pm on Thursday 21 October 2021.

b)     Contact the Clerk of Convocation to let the committee know of any issues or concerns you may have – email the Clerk at Convocation@qub.ac.uk if you have any questions or information requests.
