Thomas H Hanna BSc 1957, PhD 1960 (died on 25 June 2018, aged 81)
Thomas Hamilton Hanna, BSc, PhD, C Eng, FICE brother of the late Robert and William Hanna from Carnamoney near Draperstown, County Londonderry, died peacefully at his home in Sheffield on Monday 25th June.
He is survived by his sons Chris and Paul, grandchildren Maisie, Thomas and Isabelle and his dear friend Christine, and by his sisters-in-law Betty and Eileen and their respective families.
Tom Hamilton was formerly Professor/Head of the Civil and Structural Engineering Department at the University of Sheffield (1971-75).
